Welcome! I'm Jeff Casper, and I launched New Vista Consulting to offer collaborative change management consulting services to help you, your team, and your organization move through necessary changes, and become stronger, clearer, and more connected in the process.
Here are some of the ways we can help:
Workshops: Invite us in, or come on retreat with your team. We'll explore engaging and profound methods of leading change to help transform the energy of resistance into a vibrant guide for moving forward.
Needs analysis: The problem we think we have is often not the real problem! We’ll help define the desired change, look into the current state, and identify areas of strength to be leveraged, as well as underlying issues that may be blocking growth.
Communications: Clear, concise, well-timed, well-targeted, and well-designed communications help keep everyone in the loop and engaged with the change. We can help you devise a plan and draft the elements.
Learning & Development: We can provide soup-to-nuts support for the learning endeavor - identifying best practices; creating courseware, documentation, and e-learning; supporting internal learning professionals; and providing classroom or remote training.
Coaching: As a leader, your personal beliefs and preferences have a direct impact on the experience of those who work with and for you, and on their ability to fulfill the organization’s mission. One-on-one sessions for leaders can help identify and shift personal patterns that may be limiting healthy movement throughout your organization.

- Selendy & Gay PLLC, a new boutique NYC law firm - created essential MS Office templates; provided ongoing training and support; assisted drafting communications and defining best practices, and helped with selection and integration of third party apps.
- Participated in panel presentation for PLTG’s July 2019 meeting on the future of the Legal IT Trainer role.
- Presented "Creativity & the Roll Out", an experiential workshop on designing and leading change for NY-based Professional Legal Trainers Group at their May 2017 meeting.

- Helped guide the Kresge Foundation’s initiative to improve customer service by taming email management and redefining the culture around internal communications.
- Led firm-wide change management & communication aspects of Sidley Austin LLP's transition to matter-centric iManage.
- Developed and led in-depth Microsoft Word training for attorneys, secretaries, and paralegals at Desmarais LLP.
- Created templates, training, and documentation to help Sadis & Goldberg LLP master their document workflow.
